Wisconsin visit next for LaRubbio

The summer will be an important stanza in the recruitment of Cincinnati (Ohio) Lakota East offensive lineman Jarrett LaRubbio. He will start the season off with a visit to Wisconsin.
"I am going to Wisconsin June 11," LaRubbio said. "I have always been a fan, and their o-line tradition is incredible. They are one of my top schools, but I haven't seen [Madison] yet. I don't really have any questions, but I just want to get to know the coaches a little better and get a feel for it."

The trip to Wisconsin will be the first of what is expected to be several campus visits this summer for the three-star lineman.
"I am going to go back to Kentucky and possibly N.C. State," LaRubbio said. "Then, I might get out to Arizona State and Arkansas. I haven't seen Arkansas or Arizona State yet and I am pretty excited about those two."
Pittsburgh is another school LaRubbio mentioned as a possible summer destination. Once he has finished this set of trips, a decision may not be far behind.
"After seeing those schools, hopefully I will be pretty ready to make a decision," he said. "My [favorites] are not set in stone; it kind of changes."
The 6-foot-5, 260-pound LaRubbio has the ability to play all across the offensive line in college. He reported current weight lifting maxes of 350 pounds on the bench press and 550 pounds on the squat.
