Wisconsin commit still fielding calls

St. Paul (Minn.) Cretin-Derham defensive back Kim Royston committed to Wisconsin near the end of June. But that doesn't mean all of the other Big Ten schools have given up their pursuit of this talented cornerback.
"Michigan, Minnesota, Kansas, and Michigan State are still recruiting me," Royston said. "Michigan, Kansas, and Minnesota have called me.

"As of right now I'm not sure about visiting any of them. I'm definitely still committed to Wisconsin.
"Coach Murphy and coach Bielema (Wisconsin assistants) call. They call each week. I was going to go to the Wisconsin-Michigan game, but that was our Homecoming. I'm definitely going to try and get to one of their games."
The 5-foot-11 and 175-pound Royston is playing well as Cretin-Derham has won five of six games. Royston has close to 30 tackles, two interceptions, and 10 pass break-ups.
Royston is the No. 43 cornerback prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings, and the No. 4 prospect in the state of Minnesota.
