Wilsons options drying up
When you don’t have a qualifying test score, some times the college coaches are going to take a little bit longer to recruit you. At least that’s the story that Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland three-star athlete Vince Wilson is hearing from the college coaches.
“I was supposed to visit South Florida this weekend, but they canceled on me,” he said. “They said something about just trying to focus on getting the guys that have the test scores already. They want those guys first. They said to call them back in a few weeks.”

Wilson said that his attention has dwindled off quite a bit. At one point, he was getting regular attention and calls from Wake Forest, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma and Southern Miss, but he’s not anymore.
“I guess we’ll see what happens,” he said.
