Wilson leading Raines to big things

Jacksonville (Fla.) Raines is enjoying a 7-0 season with their most recent win coming over powerhouse Bolles in a 34-21 slugfest. A large part of the reason for their success is linebacker Kion Wilson.
"Things are going great," Wilson said. "This is the best team we've had in a while. Right now we are 7-0 and we just beat Bolles who was ranked really high. Every game so far I've gotten at least 10 tackles. I play inside linebacker so they can't really run away from me."

The 6-foot-0, 203-pound Wilson attended the NIKE camp in Tallahassee where he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.94 seconds and posted a 31-inch vertical jump.
"I have been getting calls from Maryland, Middle Tennessee State, Ole Miss and Ball State pretty consistently so far this month," Wilson said. "I haven't been to any games anywhere yet. I'm not sure when I am going to go to any games either. I may go to a Florida A&M game soon because it's close."
In Rivals.com last interview with Wilson he seemed to be leaning heavily to the Maryland Terrapins, has anything changed?
"Not too much has changed," Wilson said. "I really like the coaches there and what they have to say. I've got family up there and it's a really good program that is getting better every year. I am also looking at Clemson and Middle Tennessee State."
Wilson has not set up any official visits to this point.
