Wilson impresses USC, UCLA

Jay Jay Wilson has continued to land offers this off-season and after doing well at workouts at USC and UCLA he said both are starting to show way more interest.
The three-star from Valencia, Calif., performed well at the UCLA 7on7 Tournament and then showed out at the USC Rising Stars Camp. Neither Pac-12 power has offered yet but both have ramped up interest after those performances.

"USC and UCLA are both really interested," Wilson said last weekend at the Battle at the Beach. "They haven't officially offered yet but they've been talking about it for a while.
"Right now I'm just waiting and seeing what they want to do. I'm just figuring out where I want to go and what's the best fit for me. I'm just looking to see where I could have the biggest impact and be the best player.
"It was a good day at the SC camp. I learned a lot from all the coaches. It's a really good staff all around. When they come and talk it's not always about football. They ask about how I'm doing and it goes a long way to show they actually care about me. It means a lot."
So far, the 6-foot-3, 222-pound prospect has been offered by Arizona State, Colorado, Minnesota, Oregon State and Utah. But after some strong showings this summer there's no doubt more offers could be coming for the Valencia standout.
Schools have time. Wilson said he does not have any clear favorites at this point in his recruitment and he wants to wait until after his senior season to make a commitment.
"If they come, they come," Wilson said. "If they don't, they don't.
"I have no idea where I'm going and I have no set day. I do know for sure I'm not picking until after the season. Right now I'm not leaning toward anybody. If I get them, I'll stack them up and weigh it out."
