Williams sets date to announce

"I'm still committed to North Carolina State. But it's real close, Tennessee, North Carolina State, and Ohio State. They're all in there."
"I'm going to announce my decision on T.V. in Atlanta on December 11."
The 6-foot-6 and 250 pounder from Richlands, N.C. had 15 sacks through 12 games. He originally committed to North Carolina State.
