Hoover (Ala.) wide receiver Cornelius Williams will visit two in-state programs the next two weekends and then make a decision.
The 6-foot, 172-pounder will take the short trip over to UAB to check out the Blazers program this weekend. He will head to Troy the weekend of Jan. 20. Those two schools, along with Louisiana-Monroe, have extended Williams a scholarship offer.
He recently canceled a scheduled trip to Monroe this weekend to make the UAB trip.
"I enjoyed my trip to UAB when I went there on an unofficial visit," Williams said. "The facilities were not as nice as other colleges, but I learned more about the school. (Blazers head coach) Watson Brown told me how I could come in and play early and how I had the opportunity to play well."
Williams' recruiter of record from UAB is Pat Sullivan. Mark Fleetwood is recruiting Williams for Troy.
Williams is a two-star rated prospect by Rivals.com.
