One Pac-12 program, in particular, is definitely getting a visit. Two other teams that have offered are also being seriously considered as his senior season gets closer.
"I know I'm going to take an official to Colorado in December," Williams said. "I don't know the exact date though. I'm going to set an official to Hawaii and San Jose State as well. Those are the only three I know about."
So far, the 6-foot-1, 180-pound recruit who could play wide receiver or defensive back has been offered by Colorado, Colorado State, Hawaii, Idaho, North Dakota, San Jose State and Yale.
Colorado, Hawaii and San Jose State are definitely getting visits during his senior year and Williams said he wants to wait on scheduling others to see if more programs get involved in the coming months.
"Basically, right now I'm still waiting on everybody," Williams said. "I've been talking to Colorado, Hawaii and San Jose State the most. I'm just going to be setting up those official visits. If an offer comes later in the season, depending on which one it is, I could take another visit."
Late in the summer, the Los Angeles Dorsey standout said his recruitment has been slow but he's still open to all programs.
"I haven't been hearing from any new schools," Williams said. "It's basically the same ones."
