Williams down to three

Several offers have decorated the collection for Dallas (Texas) Kimball defensive end Robert Williams but it appears after his visit this past weekend to Washington State, things are down to a short list of schools.
His offers have included Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota, Washington State, and UTEP among many others, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound defender has things shaved down to three.

"It's Washington State, Iowa State, and UTEP," Williams said about his top three. "Those are the ones I've visited, so I know what they're about."
His recent visit to Washington State definitely helped the school out West compete with the programs closer to home.
"The whole town out there is about the school and everybody knows the players," Williams said. "I hung out with the linebackers there because that's where pretty much everybody is recruiting me."
Both UTEP and Iowa State also have peaked his interest in different ways.
"Iowa State, the players are real cool out there," Williams said. "UTEP, it's the coaches man. Coach Lawrence Livingston and all of those guys are great. All three of those schools have been with me since the beginning and are willing to wait on me until the end."
Williams intended on taking a visit to Baylor, but now that has changed and probably not take any more trips. Before a decision comes in the near future, some in-home visits will be made.
"UTEP and Mike Price is coming Tuesday for a visit and Washington State is coming on Wednesday," he said. "I know I'll have something decided before Signing Day."
