Will Worthington continue official visits

Athol Springs (N.Y.) St. Francis defensive end Doug Worthington, who committed to Ohio State early in the football season, talks about his commitment level to the Buckeyes and whether or not he will continue to take official visits.
"I'm still committed to Ohio State," Worthington said. "But I'll take at least a couple more visits.

"I've been to Ohio State and Wisconsin. I'll visit Alabama either Jan. 7 or Jan. 14. I visit Florida Jan. 28. And possibly Boston College sometime.
"But my commitment to Ohio State is still strong. I just want to make sure nothing happens with Ohio State, like probation."
Asked about quarterback Troy Smith's suspension, Worthington said, " I knew before it was in the paper. (Ohio State assistant) Coach Daniels called and told me. He said Smith violated a team rule and couldn't play in the bowl game.
"It doesn't bother me at all. Actually it confirmed to me that Ohio State does the right thing. Some other schools might have tried to cover it up, but Ohio State didn't. They did what they had to do.
"Coach Tressel is coming out here in January. Coach Alvarez and coach Shula are coming out too. I'm not sure about Urban Meyer.
The 6-foot-7 and 256 pound Worthington is the No. 5 strongside defensive end prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 4 prospect in the state of New York.
