Will Travis still take visits

Jamar Travis is a defensive tackle prospect that committed to South Miss last week. This Brewter (Ala.) Neal High School may be committed but he's still going to make at least two additional ones next month.
"I am trying to keep an open mind," Travis said. "But at the same time it will take an awful lot to beat Southern Miss.

"I really like the coaches at USM. That was the most important thing to me. I really believe that program is going somewhere. I felt at home there."
Travis will make his official visit to USM (1-9) next month. He will also visit UAB (1-16) and Memphis (1-23).
Travis, 6-1 and 298 pounds, had a frustrating senior campaign. He suffered a torn MCL during his first game. He played through the injury and didn't miss one game.
"It was hard to play and I played with a brace. People started to aim for it. But I know I had to be strong for the team. The funny thing is my game is based on strength and power. I would say I was 60-70%.:
UAB, Memphis, USM, Auburn, FSU, La Tech, and South Alabama have all had in-home visits with Travis this month.
