Will Texas QB switch to the Big Ten

Missouri City (Texas) Fort Bend Marshall quarterback James Thomas committed to Texas El Paso in June. However he made an official visit this weekend to Indiana.
"I just got back today," Thomas said. "I liked it. It was good.

"But it didn't change my mind. I'm still committed to Texas El Paso. I like their coaching staff and their program is on the rise."
Thomas also made an official visit to TCU Dec. 3.
"I have two more visits I can take," he said. "But I'm not going to take them."
And with that the recruiting process is over for the 5-foot-10 and 175 pound Thomas who threw for 2062 yards during his senior season. Thomas connected for 19 touchdowns and was intercepted nine times. He also rushed for 990 yards and 10 touchdowns.
