Size and speed: Ratliff is 5-foot-10 and 195 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.5 seconds.
Statistics: Ratliff intercepted four passes during his junior season. He also rushed for over 600 yards.
Honors: All-league
Favorite Schools: Ohio State, Penn State, and Colorado.
Skinny: Ratliff is one of the top defensive back prospects in central-Ohio. His brother Keiwan Ratliff is a starting defensive back for the Florida Gators.
"I'm interested in Michigan, Nebraska, Colorado, Ohio State, there's a lot of them," Ratliff said. "Purdue, Penn State, Pitt, Florida, I'm looking at all of those schools."
"None of them have offered yet. They all say to keep their school in mind."
"Colorado, Penn State, Ohio State, I like those three. I definitely wouldn't mind playing at any of those three."
"I'm going to Ohio State's camp for sure. And Michigan's too probably."
