Will McCarthy commit this weekend
Youngstown (Ohio) Cardinal Mooney standout Kyle McCarthy makes an official visit to Ohio State this weekend. With a scholarship offer already in hand, will McCarthy make his decision while in Columbus?
"I don't know," McCarthy said. "I just want to go and enjoy the visit. If I'm on campus and it's the right place, I don't know. We'll see.

"Coach Tressel has called a couple times. (Ohio State assistant) Coach Bollman was at my house Monday. Notre Dame was at my house (Tuesday).
"Probably my favorites are Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Northwestern. But Navy and Boston College are probably not too far out. I have a visit to Navy Jan. 14."
The 6-foot-0 and 172 pound McCarthy is the No. 33 prospect in the state of Ohio in the Rivals.com player rankings.
