"I'm going to Penn State Saturday for their opening game. I might have another offer Saturday. I talked to coach McQueary and he said he's pretty sure they are going to offer me."
"I want to take a couple official visits and look at everything. I'm looking at West Virginia, Syracuse, Delaware, and Penn State. I don't have a favorite."
"I have to call the Syracuse coaches. I think I'll make an official visit there Nov. 9. I have to call and let them know if I can do that."
The 5-foot-9 and 175 pound Kelly made seven of 13 field goals and 25 of 25 extra points during his junior season. His long field goal was from 52 yards. Kelly is the No. 20 kicking prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings.
