Will Kearneys second visit be his last
"I'm ready to visit Ohio State," Tucker, Ga., linebacker Tavares Kearney said. "I leave on Saturday morning. I stay up there till Monday.
"I talked to (Ohio State assistant) coach Tucker on Tuesday. I got my plane tickets (Thursday). This will be my first time at Ohio State. I'm looking forward to it."

Having visited South Carolina, and on the verge of visiting Ohio State, will Kearney make any other official visits?
"Georgia wants me to come for a visit next weekend," Kearney said. "If they offer me (a scholarship) I'll probably go down there (for a visit).
"Florida wants me to come down Jan. 28. I don't know if I'll go down there are not."
Kearney has scholarship offers from Ohio State, South Carolina, and Florida.
"Nobody leads right now," Kearney said.
The 6-foot-1 and 210 pound Kearney made 98 tackles, including 18 sacks, playing outside linebacker during his senior season. Kearney played a combination of linebacker and safety during his junior season and had eight sacks.
Kearney is the No. 37 outside linebacker prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings.
