Will Jacksonville safety set visits

Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin safety Gerrod Sinclair has received interest from top programs for a long time, but now, according to Sinclair, things are starting to sort themselves out.
“I’ve been hearing from Florida State, LSU, Georgia Tech, Clemson and N.C. State,” Sinclair said. “I’ve got offers from all those schools and Tennessee and South Carolina. I’m probably going to visit those five schools, after the season is over. I’ll try and set up visits to those places in the next couple of weeks.

“My final decision is going to come down to where I’ll get playing time, where I’m comfortable and where I believe in the coaching staff.”
While Mandarin is only 4-5 on the season, they clinched a playoff spot by winning their district’s title. Sinclair feels that it is safe to say that his play was a factor in their success.
“I’ve been real good this year,” he said. “I have a lot of tackles and a recovered fumble so far. I also have a couple of pass breakups. I’ve been really good being aggressive and reading offenses. I’m real aggressive and I play hard all the time; I make big plays.”
