Will Huskers have Dodge City hook-up

The Huskers official visit list will have a feel of Dodge City Community College this weekend.
This morning three players from Dodge City, Reynaldo Hill, Walter Washington, and Donald DeFrand started their trip to Nebraska.

"The Nebraska jet came down to pick them up," said John Rossetti, the head coach at Dodge City Community College. "I know they were all looking forward to their visit."
Washington, is a dual-threat quarterback. He has impressive size at 6-2, 245, and throws well.
"He has a strong arm and runs the option well," Rossetti said. "He has good speed for guy that size."
Rossetti said that TCU called this morning on Washington and both Iowa and Iowa State have been showing heavy interest.
DeFrand is a speed demon who qualified in the 100m open last year. Several schools including Kansas State and Tennessee have shown interest in him. Rossetti said DeFrand will take an official visit to Kansas State but did not have the set date in front of him.
Hill is similar in style to DeFrand. They are both 6-1, 180, and have good speed. Last year Hill placed fifth in the country in the open 200m.
Rossetti said Hill will also visit Mississippi State and Missouri is on the list as well.
