Wilkins, who now has early offers from Illinois and Duke, talked about his recent offers from the Blue Devils.
"I don't know much about the football program, but I do know that Duke plays a great schedule and that they have a lot to offer academically. I'm definitely going to do some research on the football program and the school. I'm definitely excited to land an offer from Duke."
Wilkins has also begun to draw recruiting interest from several new suitors.
"My coach told me today that coaches from Kansas State, LSU and Stanford have called him about me. They all said that they were impressed with my junior tape and that they will be making visits to school during the May evaluation period."
Wilkins will be at Illinois this Saturday. Wilkins is also getting ready for the Nike Camp in Ann Arbor on May 7th.
"Ive been working really hard to get ready for the camps and the combines. I'm really looking forward to the Nike Camp at Michigan in May. I want to just prove to everyone what I can do."
