Wildcats land second commitment

Kansas State now has public commitment No. 2. Andrew Bolman, a junior college defensive tackle, has made a verbal commitment to play for the Wildcats.
Bolman played six games with Syracuse as a true freshman in the 1999 season. He moved on to Los Angeles Valley (Calif.) College to get his academics back in line.

"He will help them out at tackle," L.A. Valley head coach Ron Ponciano said. "He's a big kid. He's a strong kid. He'll be a good player."
"Unless we hit a snag somewhere that we don't see coming, everything will work out and he'll graduate in December. He is taking classes at a junior college in Boston and then will transfer his hours back here to graduate."
Bolman took his official visit to Manhattan this past weekend for the Texas A&M game.
