Whos going to land Charlotte WR

How would you like to go through your high school career with an unblemished record and three-state championship rings on your finger? That’s the story for Charlotte (N.C.) Independence all-conference receiver Billy Wiggins II.
Wiggins (5-10, 180, 4.49) played a big role in Independence’s success last season with 71 receptions for 867 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also did damage with 359 yards on kickoff returns and 377 yards on punt returns.

“I have a motivating fire to always win,” he said. “I use that to go out there and help our team win every single game.”
And win he has.
Wiggins is getting early attention from Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida and Vanderbilt. He plans to camp this summer at Tennessee, South Carolina and at Florida.
“I’m going to look hard at the campus life at the school,” Wiggins said. “I also want to know about their business classes. I also want to play for a coach that uses a passing offense.”
