White likes first visit

Las Vegas (Nevada) Bishop Gorman running back Corey White started his official visit tour this weekend with a trip to Colorado State.
As he was sitting at the airport ready to leave Fort Collins, Colo., the 5-foot-7, 196-pound all-purpose back said he really enjoyed his visit.

"It gives me a lot to think about," White, a two-star prospect, said. "I feel a lot more comfortable than I thought I would. I really enjoyed talking to the head coach and hanging out with the players. I was hosted by my former teammate, DeAngelo Wilkinson, and it was great to see him again.
"Overall, it was a good experience for me. The entire trip was really good."
White said the best part of the trip was hanging out with Wilkinson again.
"He just won their strongman award for the freshmen," White said. "That was really cool. It was great to hang with him again. We went to dinner a few times, including at the stadium in one of the luxury boxes. They were showing us the uniforms and the highlight video from the season. It was really cool."
White said he's not ready for a final decision, yet, though.
"I have a trip to Washington set up in January," he said. "I want to see what that's like first before I make a final decision."
Colorado, Oregon State, Boise State and Idaho have also been linked with White.
