Owen Pappoe
Owen Pappoe (Chad Simmons)

Owen Pappoe is not only a big name in Georgia, but he is one of the most well-known 2019 prospects in the country. The 2019 Rivals100 linebacker started picking up offers before he got to high school.

We asked those who know him as well as anyone where they think he will go and here are their answers.
