Where is Thompson visiting

Sacramento (Calif.) Grant defensive back Syd Thompson was originally scheduled to visit Kansas State this weekend and then Arizona. So where is the talented athlete headed tomorrow?
“No where, I’m staying home,” Thompson said. “I’m a little tired and run down right now so I just decided to stay home this weekend. I do want to take a visit to one of those two schools next weekend. I know that’s the last chance I’ll have because I want to make my decision around New Years.

“I’ve already been to Cal and Oklahoma and I was supposed to trip to UCLA last weekend but they never got back to me on that. My mom called them three or four times and left messages but no one has called us back so I guess they stopped recruiting me or something. Cal and Oklahoma are both right there and it’s going to be a tough decision. I just want to take one more visit and then hopefully I’ll be ready to decide.”
Thompson, 5-9, 180 pounds was the state junior of the year last season and is a talented two way player. He’ll play in the secondary in college but is also a very good return man and wants a shot at playing some slot receiver as well.
