Wheat returns from OSU

Three star athlete prospect Anthony Wheat (6-1, 200, 4.6) from Compton (Calif.) Dominguez Hills took his first trip of the recruiting season when he tripped to Oregon State this weekend. Though he had a great time he did not commit to the Beavers.
“It was a cool trip,” Wheat said. “There are friends of mine who went to my school that are now playing for Oregon State. It made my trip more comfortable.”

“As much as I enjoyed my trip to Oregon State I didn’t commit,” Wheat said. “I want to visit Arizona before I make up my mind.”
“I’m being recruited mostly as a safety,” Wheat said. “Some schools at looking me as a quarterback, wide receiver or a corner.”
“It is pretty much down to Oregon State and Arizona,” Wheat said.
Wheat tore an ACL and the surgery went well and he his on the mend.
