What is Gable waiting for

Sylmar (Calif.) athlete C.J. Gable is a player we thought might have committed weeks ago. We even thought there was a chance he would commit during the CaliFlorida Bowl but the two way standout said he's going to take one more trip before he makes his decision.
Gable, 6-0, 190 pounds has been one of our favorite players to watch the last three years. As a running back, few players run harder than Gable. He would rather run over a defender than around him and has enough speed to go the distance as well.

Gable is equally as talented on defense and was just named 1st team all-state by CalHiSports as a defensive back. He worked out with the safeties last week during the CaliFlorida Bowl practices and was an absolute monster and was hitting everything in sight.
It's no secret that USC has been Gable's top school since the summer. The athlete took official visits to USC plus Mississippi and Cal and told us during the CaliFlorida Bowl that he knew where he wanted to go already and would be deciding very soon.
"I'm just going to take one more visit before I make my decision," Gable said. "I'm going to check out Arizona this weekend and I'm interested to see what they have to offer. I think it's going to take a lot to beat out USC but I'm going to give Arizona a chance. I've never been there before but the coaches have been recruiting me hard for awhile and I'm going to take the visit with an open mind and see how things play out.
"Once I get back, I think that's when I'll be ready to make a decision. I've just never felt like there was any hurry or rush for me to do anything. I've been taking my time with everything and when I feel it's right and I'm comfortable with everything, that's when I'll go ahead and do it."
