THE LATEST: Shortly after Mark Richt's departure from Georgia, Whaley said it might change things for him. Monday evening he announced it has changed things and he has now re-opened his recruiting process.
RIVALS REACTION: Georgia had been a strong frontrunner for Whaley before he announced his decision on Thanksgiving, but Arkansas was also coming on strong. In fact after his official visit to Fayetteville, the Razorbacks seemed to take the top spot. Since re-opening his process look for the Razorbacks to once again be a factor. Texas is another school to watch, and Miami could be as well.
