West Virginia tops Smiths list
"I visit West Virginia Dec. 12," linebacker Brandon Smith said. "And Cincinnati will be in December, I'm just not sure when."

The 6-foot-3 and 230 pounder from Euclid, Ohio made 125 tackles during his senior season. He also intercepted three passes. Smith said West Virginia, Cincinnati, and Connecticut have offered a scholarship.
