Weaver adds ACC offer
Irvington, N.J. offensive center Thomas Weaver added a new offer in the past week from the ACC. Who did the 6-foot-2, 265-pounder get the scholarship from and where do they stand for his services?
"Duke offered me last week," he said. "I like them. They are a good school and have a really good academic program. If I graduate from there, I'll get a good job. I do think they have a nice program and the fact that they have now offered puts them a whole lot higher up for me."

Besides Duke, the two-star prospect has offers from Connecticut, Kansas State and New Mexico State.
"I'm still pretty wide open and haven't made any visits yet," he stated. "I've got to talk to my coach about visits. I am looking at all the schools that have offered along with a few others like Maryland and Rutgers.
"Those two schools continue to keep in touch with me. I'm going to send them some film to see what's going on, but I'm not sure they'll offer."
This year Weaver has gotten off to a pretty good year.
"I know I've had around 13 tackles and four sacks," he said. "I think I can do better. I can say that I am definitely blocking a whole lot better and am improving every week."
