Waughs first in-homes coming up

Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township wide receiver DeVante Waugh has seen the recruiting process hold steady for a good while now.
Several schools, such as Purdue, Louisville, Rutgers and several others, have shown varying amounts of interest throughout the process.

Now it is two other schools that are making their interest known.
The 6-foot, 165-pound Garden State receiver told Rivals.com that he is set to host coaches from a pair of schools for in-home visits in what could be a major break in the recruiting process for him.
"I've been hearing from Maryland and Akron," Waugh said on Monday evening. "Maryland and UMass are coming by (for in-home visits)."
It's not clear whether the Terrapins will be offering Waugh a scholarship. Maryland has two commitments from wide receivers in the Class of 2011 but the fact their coaches are willing to make the trip to Waugh's home could be a good sign.
Waugh is a three-star prospect and ranked the No. 24 overall senior recruit in New Jersey for this year.
