Waugh unable to camp or visit

Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township wide receiver DeVante Waugh has two Division I offers but he hasn't had the luxury of visiting schools like so many other top prospects from the Class of 2011.
The three-star prospect from New Jersey is still in school at Winslow Township, and that's where he'll be for more than a week.

"We don't get out of school until (June) 30th so I haven't been able to do much," Waugh said.
Waugh's family did vacation in Virginia Beach recently, so he was able to make a quick trip over to Old Dominion to visit that school. He has not, however, had the chance to visit programs in the FBS ranks.
The 6-foot, 165-pound wide receiver holds offers from Louisville and Rutgers, and plenty of other schools are interested.
"I'm hearing from Akron, Purdue, Michigan State, Maryland, North Carolina and Pittsburgh," he added.
Waugh does not have any favorites yet and he has plenty of time to worry about that later on, as he plans on waiting until National Signing Day before he makes his decision public. While many believe wide receiver is his best position now, as well as the position he has the most potential at, there isn't 100-percent agreement amongst colleges recruiting him.
"Purdue is recruiting me as an athlete and somebody else, I can't remember who, is recruiting me for defense," he pointed out. "I'd rather be on offense but it really doesn't matter too much."
Last fall Waugh caught 45 passes for 905 yards and four touchdowns, proving his worth as a big-play receiver.
