Waugh picks up second offer

Louisville was the first school to extend a scholarship to Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township wide receiver DeVante Waugh, but now the Cardinals have company on his offer list.
According to Waugh, Rutgers -- his home state school -- is now the second school to put an offer on the table.

The 6-foot, 165-pound wide receiver found out from his coach, who was notified by the Rutgers coaching staff.
"They came to the school today," Waugh said of the Rutgers coaching staff. "I like them. They're the school just down the street so it's close to home. I visited during the season. We went up to see a practice."
Waugh has not visited any schools recently, however. To the point he has taken trips to Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Virginia, Maryland and UConn.
"I plan on going to camps at Cincinnati and Louisville," he added.
Waugh said he does not have any favorites. He plans on waiting until Signing Day to make his decision.
