Waugh has four officials in mind

DeVante Waugh is finally out of school for the summer and he's hoping he can get out to some of the schools that have been recruiting him.
Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township didn't release for summer break until June 30, and that prevented Waugh from attending camps or taking unofficial visits as many other prospects have been able to do to this point.

The 6-foot, 165-pound wide receiver is still sitting on offers from Rutgers and Louisville and he is already thinking about which official visits he would like to take in the fall.
"I definitely want to take my official visits in the fall just to get on the campuses and all that," Waugh explained. "I want to take (officials) to Louisville, West Virginia, Michigan State and South Florida."
Though Louisville is the only one of those four schools to have offered so far, Waugh said West Virginia, Michigan State and South Florida are all showing a good bit of interest.
He may not need to take an official visit to Rutgers. As a New Jersey native he is very familiar with what the Scarlet Knights have to offer already, and he has spend a good amount of time on campus already.
Waugh said the coaches from James Madison have been pushing hard for him to visit their school sometime soon. It's a trip he would like to take but he has to talk to his mother about those plans. As of now the trip is up in the air.
The talented rising senior admitted that Rutgers and Louisville, the two schools that have offered, are at the top of his list but are even with one another for the time being.
Though he has never been to Louisville himself he has talked to other recruits that have visited the school and learned a good bit about the Cardinals from them.
