Washington State Scores
It wasn’t all a loss for Washington State last weekend. The Cougars picked up the pledge of a very good edge player in Landon Ellis (6-1, 225, 4.5) from Fresno (Calif.) Edison.
Ellis plays for one of the best programs in the Central Valley and under the tutelage of Edison head coach Rey Reyes will go to Pullman well coached.

Ellis was an all-league performer as a junior after he racked up 45 tackles and eight sacks. He has backed up his junior year performance with another solid season. For his senior season as he has accounted for 45 tackles, eight sacks and over 20 tackles behind the line of scrimmage.
Cal and UCLA were also in the hunt. Good get for Washington State.
