Washington returns from CU

Long Beach (Calif.) Poly standout linebacker Mark Washington (6-3, 240, 4.58) returned from Colorado where he went on a trip this past weekend. It was a bit of a homecoming for Washington who spent his early years in the Centennial State.
“I enjoyed my trip,” Washington said. “I may be leaning more towards CU, but not enough to commit.”

Washington’s visit to CU comes hot off the heels of a nice visit to Seattle for a view of the UW campus and their program.
Washington is being recruited by defensive line coach Chris Wilson and Wilson has already been the Washington household.
Coaches from the ASU, Ohio State and Washington staff’s will be in the Washington home in January.
Washington is definitely going to visit Ohio State on January 10th and if he doesn’t make up his mind between CU, UW and Ohio State. He will visit ASU and possibly Oregon.
Washington had a knockout senior season accounting for 117 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, four pass deflections and three forced fumbles.
Something to remember with Washington’s recruitment, he has ties to CU, his dad played for the Buffs.
