Washington QB gets off to good start

Talk about getting off to a good start. Kent (Wash.) Kentwood quarterback Carl Bonnell threw for 114 yards and one touchdown last weekend.
"I was pretty efficient," Bonnell, who is 6-foot-3 and 194 pounds, said. "I was five of six and I scored one touchdown on a 24-yard pass."

It's that type of attention that has earned attention from Washington State, Northwestern, Washington and Stanford.
He's received an offer from Washington State and the other three teams have all called him this month.
"I was at the Washington-Michigan game last weekend," Bonnell said. "That was a great game, and it was a great atmosphere. I went into the locker room after the game and talked to the coaches. They wanted to see the tape from the first game."
Bonnell said Washington State is his top team and after that they teams are equal.
"Right now, I like Washington State because they've offered," he said. "I've thought about committing a few times, but I don't know what I want to do yet."
