Washington LB up to five offers

The state of Washington is home to a handful of very good looking linebacker prospects including Bellevue (Wash.) standout E.J Savannah. Savannah, 6-2, 215 pounds has offers from half the Pac 10 and says five schools stand out right now.
Savannah had a big junior season this past year and was a major reason his Bellevue squad won their third straight state championship. The 'backer finished the season with 142 tackles, 17 for loss and six quarterback sacks to earn first team all-area and second team all-state honors. Savannah runs well for his size and really impressed us in the state title game win over city rival O'Dea.

On the recruiting front, Savannah is hearing from most of the Pac 10 along with Duke.
"Arizona State, Washington and Oregon have offered me in writing, Oregon State and Washington State have given me verbal offers," Savannah said. "Right now, I'm looking for a school that will give me the best possible education, that's why Stanford is my top school although I'm not hearing as much from them as the others. I also like Oregon, ASU, Washington and Washington State, that's my top five.
"In addition to academics, I'm also looking for a school where I'll fit in and be comfortable at. I would love to play in the NFL someday, that's a definite goal of mine but getting my degree is very important to me as well."
Academically, Savannah is carrying a 3.1 GPA and will take the SAT later in the year. He'll attend the Nike Camp at Stanford in two weeks but is unsure about the rest of his summer camp plans.
