Wardlow names three favorites

Cornerback/wide receiver Antonio Wardlow has several schools courting him, but three sit atop his list.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound athlete from Winston-Salem (N.C.) Parkland has offers from schools like Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Clemson, North Carolina, South Carolina, NC State, Wake Forest and several others. Who leads for him?

"I'd say right now South Carolina, Virginia Tech and Tennessee are my three favorites," said Wardlow. "I'm looking at a few others like Clemson, North Carolina and NC State, but those three have caught my attention more than other schools. They each have good coaches and there's a great football atmosphere."

Has Wardlow set up any official visits yet?

"No, not yet," he said. "I don't plan on taking all five either. I'll probably only take two or three visits. I just don't know how much time I'll have to fit everything in. I don't have a timeframe for making a decision."
