Wallace thinking about a decision

Offensive guard Marquis Wallace out of Richmond (Va.) Varina continues to hold one offer. The 6-foot-3, 284-pounder plans to visit the school soon. Is a decision possible?
"I'm going Saturday to West Virginia," he said. "I haven't been there, but I want to go see how everything is and see if I like it. I think I will.

"I think there is a chance I could decide right after my visit. I said previously that the first people to offer me that would show a lot and West Virginia may be a place I could see myself playing at. That's why I'm waiting to get up there. I want to see what they'll do with me."
Clearly Wallace is intrigued by West Virginia. What does he like about the Mountaineers?
"They are in the Big East and a powerhouse in the Big East," he said. "They are always highly ranked and I like the type of offense they run. They run different stuff and do a lot of pulling and I think I fit their system as an offensive guard. Plus, the coaches are really good too."
Wallace plans to make the trip up to West Virginia with two of his teammates, Jerel Harrison and Trey Johnson.
Wallace believes a few other schools may be close to offering.
"Maryland and North Carolina have come into the picture as has Clemson and I think Virginia."
