Wallace impressed with first official visit

Pomfret (Md.) McDonough defensive back A.J. Wallace made his first official visit with his trip to Columbus to see the big Ohio State-Texas game.
"It was cool," Wallace said. "It was a good experience. I liked it a lot.

"The game atmosphere was a plus. Ohio State played a good game. It went down to the wire. It just didn't go their way.
"But I liked everything. The players are cool. They have good fan support. The stadium is big. That's a plus."
Wallace also has official visits scheduled to Florida State Oct. 1 and Nebraska Oct. 28.
"My other two visits will come from Miami, LSU, Florida, and Oklahoma," Wallace said. "I'll determine things off my visits."
The 6-foot-1 and 195-pound Wallace made 68 tackles and intercepted two passes during his junior season. He also rushed for 1367 yards and 22 touchdowns.
