Wallace eyes three

Katy (Texas) Tompkins Rivals250 athlete Christian Wallace has picked up offers from Houston, Mississippi State, Oregon State, TCU, and Texas, and he is surveying his options right now. However, a few college programs have caught his attention.
"Right now I'm trying to keep everything open, but I am singling out three schools that I see that would be a good fit for me," Wallace said. "Right now it's UT, LSU, and Mississippi State. Not in that order but those three. Those are the three that I have my eye on right now, but you never know they could change next week or something. But as of right now those are my top three schools."

There are a few different reasons why the three programs standout at this time in the recruiting process.
"Texas has just shown love," Wallace said. "LSU I just like that area. Mississippi State, they have a great DB coach and we have a great relationship."
While the three stand out in his mind right now, he does not plan to make a decision any time soon.
"I'm going to wait it out," Wallace said. "I want to take all of my official visits."
Official visits will have to wait for the fall, but he does have a few unofficial visits already in the plans for the next few weeks.
"LSU invited me to their spring game and I know I'm going to UT's spring game," Wallace said. "I'm going to LA next weekend (USC and UCLA)."
Wallace is currently ranked No. 158 in the Rivals250 and No. 14 among the nation's Athletes. He is also ranked No. 17 in the Rivals.com Texas Postseason Top 100 for 2016.
