Walker commits to Notre Dame

Running back Darius Walker's has announced a commitment to Notre Dame

Walker made official visits to Ohio State, Alabama, and Stanford, and made an unofficial visit to Notre Dame before making his decision. His father played for Arkansas and his coach played for Alabama.

The 5-foot-11 and 195 pound Walker rushed for 2408 yards and a state record 46 touchdowns in leading Buford, Ga. to a 15-0 record including a state championship. Walker has now been a part of three straight state championships and 45 straight wins. He is the Rivals.com number 18 running back prospect with a four star rating.
