Walker closing in on three big offers

Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville's Aundrey Walker is one of the Midwest's most dominant offensive linemen. Several Big Ten powers have offered. Now it appears Walker's scholarship list is taking a national scope.
According to Walker, Penn State, USC, and Notre Dame are close to offering.

"I have verbal offers from all three teams," Walker said. "But nothing in writing yet."
"I talked to the O-line coach [Ed Warinner] at Notre Dame, he said he has an offer for me from Notre Dame. Jay Paterno at Penn State hit me up on email and said I should be getting an offer in a week, but I have not gotten that yet. I talked to Coach Kiffin back in February, and he said I have a full offer, but I have not received that yet either."
Walker said he will take interest in any school that is interest in him. He hopes to learn more about each school.
"Jay Paterno (Asst. coach/quarterbacks) sent me a couple of things about Penn State," Walker said. He told me Penn State has good academics, and it is a good football school. He told me about his father, and that no one has put more players in the NFL than Joe Paterno. He said they would get me to the NFL. Other than that, I don't know too much about Penn State, but I would love to visit."
"I also don't know much about Notre Dame. I have watched them play against USC. I am a Trojan fan, and a Buckeye fan. Michigan State too. But, I may go to Notre Dame's spring game."
"When Coach [Lane] Kiffin said USC was going to offer, I was like 'Wow,'" Walker said. "Marcus Hall (former Glenville lineman and four-star recruit) was always a USC fan, but he did not get an offer. However, I will be getting one. I was really happy about that, but at the same time, I have to stay humble. I don't know about visiting USC. They are pretty far away, but if they do offer, I would put them on my visit list."
Walker does hold offers from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and West Virginia. He said a few schools stick out at this time.
"Michigan State, Ohio State, and Michigan," Walker said. "I love the coaches at Michigan State, and the coaches love me. It is a great atmosphere there."
"Ohio State is my home school. The Buckeyes, I just love them. They make it to a championship game every year. We have a lot of Glenville players there, and Ohio State does great things for them."
"Michigan has a great academic program. Coach [Rich] Rodriguez is really cool. Their offensive line coach [Greg Frey] is really cool too."
Walker said he does not have any concrete plans for schools visits or camps this Spring.
