After the combine, Wake Forest made a trip to William Fleming.

"The coaches can't really tell me anything yet, but he watched my tape and talked to my coach," said the 5-foot-8, 180-pounder. "That was the first time seeing Wake Forest, but they said they'll be recruiting me hard. I think I'll play anywhere, I just want to play football."
Priest said that currently Clemson, Virginia and Virginia Tech have been showing the most interest recently. What does he think of those schools?
"I like how Virginia Tech's coaches talk to me and the program," he said. "I like how I fit into both Clemson and Virginia's programs and they are both competitive programs."
This summer Priest is planning to attend a seven-on-seven team camp at Virginia. The cornerback is already looking towards next year and preparing himself to have a solid senior season.
"I'm weight lifting, working on my footwork, just getting ready for the season. I'm working on my speed too," he said. "I'm hoping to win the state next year and I also would like to be named first team all-state. I'll have to be aggressive to get it, but I got second team last year."
Priest was named all-district and second team all-state as he ran for 858 yards and 11 touchdowns, caught for 273 yards and three touchdowns and added 98 tackles and four interceptions.
