Wadood hopeful for more attention

Jaleel Wadood had a successful junior season all over the field at Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco and now the early four-star hopes his recruitment gets much busier.
So far, Wadood has offers from Arizona State, Colorado and Oregon State and he's looking for more attention.

His junior season just wrapped up in the last few weeks but already one Pac-12 school is getting more interested and Wadood said his coaches should be sending out his highlight tape to many others soon.
He hopes that film could garner him more offers.
"I talked to Washington so far," Wadood said. "They're trying to build a relationship with me.
"My coach does the film. My defensive backs coach sends out all the tapes so I'm just sitting back and waiting for coaches to talk to me."
The four-star cornerback who is also a legitimate threat on special teams said he's open to hearing from all schools but there is a select group of programs he really hopes get involved in the coming months.
Whether it's by them seeing his highlight tape or hearing about him at camps, Wadood is looking to get noticed by some major powerhouses in the SEC and one local team that has only talked to him a little bit.
"Anybody that wants to talk to me, I'm willing to hear from everybody," Wadood said.
"There are some schools I'd like to hear from like Florida, Washington a little bit more, Tennessee and USC."
