VTech visit a good one for Hannah

Hope Mills (N.C.) South View tight end Jonathan Hannah took his second official visit, this one to Virginia Tech, this past weekend and came away impressed. How impressed?
"It was a great visit, that's pretty much all I can say," said the 6-foot-4, 251-pounder. "I was hosted by Duane Brown and I knew him before I went and a few other guys. I really enjoyed myself from start to finish."

Hannah saw a terrific football game as well as the Hokies beat No. 7 West Virginia 19-13 in front of a loud crowd.
"The Hokie fans are great," he said. "They were very pleasant to talk to and very nice. I had heard some things about them, but they were great. They were very loud as well."
How did this visit compare to his first one to Clemson?
"I would say this visit was a little better," he said. "The visits were a little different and I got to see and do a bit more on this trip. Both Clemson and Virginia Tech have loud fans, but Virginia Tech's were a little louder. The win over West Virginia, which has a great program, was the highlight of the trip."
Next up for the four-star tight end is an official visit to Penn State (Oct. 22) and then it's off to Oklahoma (Nov. 12). His last will likely be to the newest team on his list.
"The Georgia visit I was supposed to take doesn't look good now, I'm looking at an official to Florida State," he said. "I'm not sure when that will be. I'm also still very interested in North Carolina and NC State. All seven teams are pretty equal still, I don't have a leader."
