Vols offer in-state RB Vaughn

Class of 2015 three-star Nashville (Tenn.) Pearl-Cohn running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn is putting up eye-popping numbers through four games this season and even though it's late in the game, he's still catching the eye of staffs around the country.
The 5-foot-10, 199-pound Vaughn is approaching 1,000 yards on the season through just four games played and recently added offers from Duke, and in-state school Tennessee.

"It means a lot because this is one of the big ones I've been waiting on," Vaughn said of the Vols offer. "They're in it with the other schools now."
Vaughn had named a previously had a short list of favorites that included Vanderbilt and Kentucky, but now said he plans on taking his time when it comes to a decision.
"I'm going to wait and see what happens," Vaughn said. "There are new schools showing interest every day."
Vaughn hasn't visited Knoxville since the spring, but said he plans on returning when the Vols host Florida next month.
"I'm going to go back up there for the Florida game," he said. "They told me that they are going to come hard at me so I can stay home and play for the in-state school so we'll see what happens."
