Skinny: One of the Sunshine State’s top line prospects for the Class of 2004 is Claude, who possesses all the attributes to be a great college player.
“He’s a tremendously strong blocker. He just dominates the man in front of him,” said Edison coach Corey Bell. “He’s a real aggressive kid with quick feet who gets up the field and finishes blocks. He’s a kid who could wind up playing either guard or tackle and do a great job at either spot.”
Claude as received letters from Florida, Florida State, Iowa, Michigan State, LSU, South Carolina, Auburn, Alabama and Tennessee, among others.
“I think he’s open to all of them at this point,” Bell said. “He’s going to have plenty to pick from.”
Claude has not decided which camps he’ll attend this summer, but he will take part in the Nike combine at Miami.
