Vizza makes new decision

There has been one last change for San Antonio (Texas) Alamo Heights quarterback Giovanni Vizza.
As of a week ago, the 6-foot, 190-pounder looked all but set for Nevada. He made a change this past week with a new commitment to a school a bit closer to home.

"I came back, talked about it with my parents, and I just felt more comfortable at North Texas," Vizza said. "I'm not sure if the (UNT) coaches knew it was coming, but I felt like they were surprised but also very happy about my decision."
Vizza says he hasn't talked about playing time yet with coach Todd Dodge, but is excited to be in a recruiting class with so many wide receivers.
"My future quarterback coach was my recruiter and so we hit it off right away," Vizza said. "They've got a lot of great prospects. It's a lot of players who have gone out and won games. I'm excited about them bringing in seven receivers. I'm looking forward to it."
Vizza is rated as two-star prospect by Rivals.com.
