Visits starting for three-star ATH

Three-star athlete Jordan Lucas of Worcester (Mass.) Worcester Academy continues to be one of the more intriguing names left on the board in New England. Lucas is now up to three offers and will take his first official visit this weekend.
"Recruiting is going pretty good," said Lucas, who is 6-foot-1 and 195-pounds. "I'm taking an official this weekend to Old Dominion and I'm setting up one for Rutgers and Akron."

Lucas believes that visits to Rutgers and Akron will both come in early December, but does not claim any favorites at this time. After claiming an early offers from Massachusetts, he has added two more and believes he is close to a third.
"Old Dominion and Akron offered me," said Lucas. "Rutgers wants me to take an official, so I don't know what is going to come after that."
Lucas discussed what he hopes to experience during his upcoming visits.
"Just to get a good feel for each school, tour the campus and see how comfortable I am around everybody," said Lucas. "I want to meet the people that are on the teams and speak with them, and just picture myself at each university."
Lucas recently concluded his senior season.
"My team finished 4-3," said Lucas. "I finished the season with 13 touchdowns and one interception. I lined up at wide receiver, running back, cornerback, kick returner and punt returner, and the last two games I played safety so I can be in the run game more."
Lucas is being recruited as a defensive back by most schools.
